This is a great quality yoga mat. It is an extra long mat 72x24 so if you are tall, then this might be a great choice for you as well. My hubby does yoga with me sometimes and he is 6'1" and this works for him. Of course he doesn't have the extreme flexibility to have those long stretches, but that is not what this is about. If you have a long reach ou will not have to worry about your feet and gads sliding off the edge.
The best part is having the strap to take it with me and keep my hands free since I can just slide it right over my shoulder. It is easy to remove and put back and this is an added bonus.
