This Kobert Waterproof case is just that. I ran it under running water right over the seal. No water seeped in. When I initially attempted to open the case I had a really hard time. I thought the locks slid to the left and right. Tip #1 they do not slide left or right. You have to lift up the clip to open the case. See below.
When sealing the case up with your phone, I would suggest squeezing the air out of the case to ensure the plastic cover/casing is flat on the face of your phone without air bubbles. That way you will be able to use your phone's touch screen without any issues.
Taking a picture and recording video is no problem with the case on. You can understand everything and see your object clearly with the cover on your phone.
