There is a variety of health conscious products in here, from supplements, healthy snacks and more. you can get 5-6 products to try out. They say the amount of product you get in each box, should be enough of a sample for you to decide if that is something you will need or not.

D Speed are some fast dissolving wafers. Pop it on your tongue and it will melt in a few seconds. They are also pretty tasty and won't make you want to spit these out after having them.
Munck Pack is another body fuel snack. If you are on the go, you may want to try this. As for me it is not my favorite thing. I am a little picky when it comes to oatmeal and pureed fruit snacks. It was not for me, but you may love the taste and the on the go packaging. Just twist off the top and drink it right out of the package. No mess and no clean up, just toss it in the trash. It is only 100 calories and the ingredient list is impressive!

Last is a Biotin Flavor Burst. These are packet with flavor and for me was yummy initially, but got a bit bitter after chewing for a few. Biotin is great for your hair, skin and nails. If you are a chewy candy lover, you will probably really enjoy this. They remind me of a chewy version of the now and later candy.
