I wasn't sure what exactly how this would stay in place during my workouts and yoga. I thought it would slip around and just not do what it was suppose to do, but I was wrong. It lays perfectly over my yoga mat and does not budge even on my most sloppy moves.
I am a beginner in Yoga and it is very relaxing and difficult at the same time. It requires concentration and focus. To understand your body and trust yourself.
