The best thing about this scale is the tracking. The app is free to download and it keeps everything there for you to refer back to see your progress as the days, weeks and months go on. 

The scale is a sleek design and has a bold bright blue LED display that is easy to see. It can keep track of up to 8 people and up to 400 pounds. I really love the way it keeps me in check since I do weigh myself nearly daily. I know that I will be checking my weight and since I have the app to tell me the exact  weigh ins, I have it in the back of my mind to workout, eat right and be good. I know it will show up on the scale. The unique thing about this scale is that it also tracks you bodyfat%, water weight and muscle mass to. 

Keeping track by telling me how close I am to the goal I set for myself is great. You can always go back and choose to look back at all of your previous weights and see what dates you weighed in and how you have gone up, down or if you have been stable. 

It is very simple to sync your scale to the app. Just open the app and click sync and scan the barcode and your done. It is on your phone. 

If you are looking for something to help you keep track and give you that daily reminder, then this might be the scale for you. I am incredibly pleased and have gotten so much use out of it. The classic black and metal look is a nice store to see as well.
