energems review (chocolate energy)

energems is really as they say: They are bite-sized and taste delicious. You can use them as an energy supplement instead of an energy drink or coffee. They are a hard coated gem made with real milk chocolate, B Vitamins, caffeine and a proprietary energy blend.

Enhance memory, focus and concentration. There are 3 servings (9 gems) per box. A single serving  (3 gems) has the caffeine equivalent of a cup of coffee or 75mg of caffeine. Each gem has only 15 calories and less than 1 gram of fat.  Energems’ unique delivery system allows consumers to conveniently and discretely consume the appropriate amount of energy as needed, when needed.

I actually loved the taste of all 3 energems (milk chocolate, peanut butter and mint) It's nice you can get a little sweet fix with the energems. There are no palpitations or jitters when devouring these little gems. If you need your caffeine on the go, this is a perfect way to get it in without having to carry your cup of coffee or energy drink with you. This little box  fits in any purse. I personally do not care for coffee and prefer an energy drink. Sometimes it is just not appropriate to carry a huge energy drink with you especially at work. I have to be honest and say it was hard to only eat 3 gems at a time. I really wanted to eat the whole box. I have tries other alternative energy "treats" like a few types of gum (gross). Actually more than gross, it actually hits the gag reflex. These gems have no bitter flavor or after taste.
