The bristles of the brush is incredibly soft and easy to use.
The shape is pointed and looks still, but is definitely not still. It has some firmness, but just so soft and fells amazing during use. The ferrule of the brush is a beautiful gold plated metal and looks perfect against the large white opal handle. It is comfortable to hold and comfortable to use.
I used this as it was intended as a foundation brush and it applies my makeup well and was easy to blend out my liquid foundation. It gets into the corners of my nose and around my eyes easily. It does take a bit more time for the entire face since it is smaller than the brush I normally use. I prefer a larger brush for all over and this to clean up and get into the crevices of my face like and started to use it to finish off my foundation routine to smooth out the areas around my nose, eyes and mouth. It give a flawless finish. It is also amazing to blends out concealer under the eyes and all over the face which is my preferred use for it. I mostly love the softness and the flawless finish it gives.
I have been using this brush daily with my makeup routine and have tried multiple ways to use it, with foundation, concealer, powdering and bronzing. My favorite uses are to blend out my concealer under my eyes and nose as well as rolling my setting powder under my eyes. It just fits perfectly.
