These mascaras are pigmented and buildable colours.
FOR LASHES and HAIR- IT can give a pop of color to the lash that is not as bold and noticeable, but when applied to the hair it is a BOLD pop of color for sure. The best part is that you do not have to commit to the long term color and just wash it out when you are ready to get rid of it.

I had the most fun with these polishes and glitter. You can do so many combinations.
The blue "Happily". you will need at least 3 coats to get a bold opaque color.
