Skinny Stix, What is it?

I wasn't sure what this was or what it was going to do when I signed up to try this out. Of course by the name I was thinking...fantastic Skinny here I come. It is more than just that. 

Skinny Stix is made by Zantrex. It comes in three flavors: 

• Tangy Tangerine - a tangy orange flavor
• Electric Lime  - my least favorite and a bit bitter
• Berry Fusion - my favorite, berry and YUM!

This particular kit comes with a water bottle and 25 packs of skinny six  The bottles says what the Zantrex Skinny Stix is all about: weight loss, fat burning, giving you energy and focus.  

There are only 5 calories per serving and has a blend of caffeine or caffeine like stimulants the equivalent to 120 mg caffeine.

For me I definitely noticed that it does curb my appetite. I am very pleased with this result. As for energy, it is not a burst of energy that you will feel, but you will definitely fee away alert and focused. Maybe that is all in my head, but I notice a bit more tasks getting done. I feel more organized in general. 

My favorite flavor is the berry fusion flavor and I have shared this with a couple co-workers who loved the way it made them feel as well and they too have purchased this for themselves. I think that alone says a lot. They told me that it curbs their appetite as well, which is why they decided to buy it.

I have been taking this 2 sometimes 3 times a day as directed and have picked up jogging in the evening. It has definitely helped me to push in the right direction. I have quit drinking Soda. My preference is Diet Coke and well... I would drink 3+ a day and now I might drink one a week. This is a big improvement for me and my health. I have dropped 2 pounds so far. I am sure I am picking up some muscle tone as well due to the jogging, but my clothes are definitely looser and I am LOVING that! I think I needed something to encourage me and this with the constant visual reminder of having the bottle with me all day, at work, home and when I run at night is the positive reminder I needed. 

Having this bottle with me has help me to also increase my water intake as well. 

Over all I can say I am down to my last 5 skinny six and will be re-purchasing a box to replace it tomorrow. I have reviewed many things and I do not repurchase a lot, but I know this is one of the few that I am extremely pleased with and will keep on hand all the time.

 I was happy to add this to my diet routine. I am currently doing a new diet regimen and exercise program. I have already lost 6 pounds and I see a great change.

Of course the combination of diet and exercise is a great combo with this. 

I notice a when I take the afternoon dose I feel great for my afternoon workout. I have enough energy to get me through my workout and it is like my day is starting fresh again. I don't have the feeling that I want to quit or I am too tired to work out.

I have tried another Garcinia Gambogia Supplement in the past and this one differs a little but. This one has a different amount of capsules you need to take and this one has added Chromium as an ingredient which helps with curving your appetite. .

This particular one from Natural Nutrition Labs has a recommendation to take 2 caps 30 min before meals 3 times a day. This has 1000mg of the Garcinia Gambogia Fruit rind (per 2 caps) which means you will be consuming the max amount recommended per day (3000mg). This is a stronger version and I can say it definitely decreases my appetite. My only issue is remembering to take it three times per day.

My morning dose is no issue and lunch is usually not a problem, but when I get home after work I am so rushed to do everything I always forget to take it. The good thing about this particular Garcinia Gambogia extract is that you can take minimum of 1600 mg per day and it should still work for you. I am still at 2000 mg if I take it twice a day.

I am on a new diet regimen and exercise routing at the moment. I am eating more frequently and notice that when I am eating my in between meals snack, I really do not want to finish it and am full. For that I know it is working.

The only con in my opinion are that the capsule are quite large and taking two of them is a challenge.

I am currently down 4 pounds and have been taking this for two weeks and on my new exercise regimen as stated above for only 3 days as of the writing of this post.

I was wondering what this could actually do for me, I mean I already have a scale, right... I can sync this to my Iphone and I can track myself and every time I go in my bathroom to weigh myself I keep it in mind through out the day that I am going to do it again and I won't forget what it was the day or days before. Overall I am addicted to this scale and app. I was away for 10 day on vacation, but upon my return I jumped on the scale and I am still within a pound of my last weight before I left. I knew I was going to have to face myself on the scale again and it made me eat better and choose the right foods. It is a mind trick :)
