Let's get back to OLD SCHOOL nursing

This is perfect for me. I am a nurse and there is nothing better to take a blood pressure than a manual blood pressure cuff. I am always reminding my nurses at work to always keep a manual. They often times have the electric wrist cuffs. Some rely on them, but they can give inaccurate readings if the cuff is to big or too small or even it the patient is moving too much.

Using a blood pressure cuff is pretty easy to learn how to use and you can even do it on yourself. The gauge is able to be clipped on or removed and turned upside down or to lay it down on a table. That way if you are reading your own pressure or if your patient's position makes it hard to read while on your patient.

It also comes with easy directions, so if you do not know how to take a blood pressure it will guide you on the proper technique to take one.

Let's get back to our roots and do it the old school way. Manually!
