Dr. Song 50% Lactic Acid?

I have used at home facial peels, but am still fairly new to this at home treatment. I was scared to "burn" my face or do something horribly wrong. I thought I would for sure do something to ruin my face instead of improve it. This is not as scary as you might think it is. 

Lactic acid is derived from foods. Lactic acid is safe for the skin and it help with fine lines and reduce the signs of aging. This is a product that I truly need. I am at the age that the fine lines are starting to show under and around my eyes. This is the perfect product for me to start using and I am so exceeded to see what the up coming months show from continued use. 

After cleansing your skin and drying it, you can apply the Dr. Song Lactic Acid to some dark or hyper pigmented spots on your face or all over. I tend to apply it to my dark spots to my face. It is recommended to only leave on for 1 minute on your first treatment and going up by one minute each time. Of course only do as much time as you need. Everyone will be different. I can do about 2 minutes at a time and of course only once a week. 

I also want to remind you, when you do any face peel it is very important to use sunscreen and stay out of the sun for at least 24-48 hours. 

What does it feel like?

It has a bit of a prickly feeling to the spots you apply this to. The prickly and sometimes burning feeling is normal and don't worry. If you do apply it all over, make sure to not get close to your eyes. I would also suggest you  test a spot on your face as well. If it begins to irritate your skin or feel like it is burning, it is recommended to rinse your face with cool water to neutralize it.
