It can be use twice a day, but it is a very intense and hydrating cream. I have noticed that my skin around my cheeks tends to get very dry after washing and after the showering so for me, it is best used nightly since it keeps my face hydrated all night and still feel it working on my skin. A little goes a long way. It tends to stay moist on my face to use in the day and under my makeup. I have noticed my face softer and not as dry throughout the day.
