Felippo Berio Olive Oil

You can use it to make salad dressing, a dipping sauce, to marinade meats and of course substitute for other fats and more.

The appetizer: Grilled zucchini and mushrooms coated with Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil with fresh garlic, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese

The entree:

Shrimp and sausage sauteed with shallots, garlic, Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Anchovie, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and fresh parsley from my garden. 

The result!!!

 

My family loved the meal. All three of my kids ate the main course without complaints. My pasta was not a sticky clump on the plate. I like that it was not too strong tasting and overpowering. Just the right amount of Olive Oil flavor.
