I was wondering what this could actually do for me, I mean I already have a scale, right... I can sync this to my Iphone and I can track myself and every time I go in my bathroom to weigh myself I keep it in mind through out the day that I am going to do it again and I won't forget what it was the day or days before. I notice I am more aware of what I am consuming due to the tracking on my phone. I tend to open the app and remind myself to be good. It is super simple to follow. It is super sleek to look at and it can have multiple people in the memory to weigh. Pretty cool I have to say. The additional feature I wish I could do is, track my body fat, muscle % and water%.

You can also do the Weightless mode where you are tracking how many pounds you want to loose vs your daily weight.

This is the scale straight out of the box. The label with all the writing peels right off and it is a solid place surface.

Here is the main menu and my weight tracking. Oh gosh you guys get to see my real weight. Not easy, but am in the process and going to start a new fitness program. This is going to be grey and beneficial for me.

Overall I am addicted to this scale and app. I was away for 10 day on vacation, but upon my return I jumped on the scale and I am still within a pound of my last weight before I left. I knew I was going to have to face myself on the scale again and it made me eat better and choose the right foods. It is a mind trick :)

Kisspat Summer Statement Necklace review and Giveaway

I was lucky enough to be able to do this amazing review for you. I was sent a white and blue statement necklace. I have just been getting into statement pieces and have been loving putting them on with very simple outfits to make them feel a lot more dressy. It works and I feel a little snazzy!

I paired it up with a few different outfits. It can be mixed with a variety of tops.

Speed Cable Jump Rope Review

Speed cable Jump Rope review from King Athletics Speed Cable

This rope is much more pliable and easier to use. Accomplishing speed jumping and especially double unders is so much easier. Double unders is what I want to accomplish. 

The handles are loose enough so the rope slides around and does not get tangled and twisted up. Other rope are suppose to do the same thing, but they still get tangled up around the handles which causes ineffective attempts or just a few successful double unders. 

The King Athletic Rope is fantastic. It still stings like heck when you hit yourself, but I find myself able to do them. I am hoping to no longer need to stop and just speed through the 50 unbroken. I would highly recommend this one over any other. 

It was easy to adjust and trim the rope to the length I needed. 

TIP: keep it a little long so you can adjust if you are sharing the rope with another person.

Oh and just to mention: Wearing a Ranch T-Shirt to crossfit... They will never leave you alone!

I remember playing with these as a kid. I loved that I could paint my nails and peel off the polish and do it again and again and again. This brought back so many amazing memories and am glad to see this back again with a new look and amazing colors.
