I was a little skeptical about these under garments. I was thinking huge, bulky and uncomfortable. They have a couple designs to choose from and the one I chose was the Hush Hush whisper soft seamless panty. The material is so soft and there are no seams as it says. These are not "Granny Panties". The lining to the panty has an extra thick liner as part of the garment to absorb any mishaps or accidents you may have from laughing, sneezing or even from leaks from your period.
In the photo below you can see the liner in the center. It is thicker and looks like a pad or liner, but does not feel as awkward as it looks to wear.
It truly is seamless and so very comfortable. They do not ride up or move around. The thick lining is not uncomfortable to have and actually feels more comfortable than a regular panty. I think they are great so you do not have to wear uncomfortable liners daily for that just in case accident. These are protection just like a liner and are washable so you do not have to buy again and again the liners. Investing in a few pairs of these Hush Hush Wearever panties will save you in the long run and are much more comfortable.
There are other designs, but are high on the waist and for my use is not my style or preference. They go over and above the belly button and feel uncomfortable for me to wear. The seamless panty is my favorite and are just like regular panties. They have a fit of boy shorts without cutting into your hips or bottom and leaving the dreaded "Panty line". If you need the protection and also want the style and fit, I would go with the ones pictured above. No one "your significant other" will know the difference, they look just as cute as any other pair you own.

The Ozeri 4x3razor Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer is small and easy to even forget that you are wearing it. That makes it easy to not think too much about it and worry about how you are doing. At the same time you have the ability to take it out of it's holster and take a peek at it if you feel the need to see how you are doing during your day. Maybe your steps are not as you would like then to be and you can take a look and get up and walk and do other tasks. This was great for my dad. He is trying to get more active and this is a great way to keep track of his activity especially since he is just starting to take on more activity. Minimal pieces. It was very simple to assemble. There is only the base ( heavy duty glass) and the main fan (frame). You will only need to unscrew one piece from the base of the fan and slide the main fan into the base and re-screw the lock in place.
The remote control has a battery that you must install.
This fan is more than Amazing. There are 3 fans and you can control each fan as you like. You can have them all on or only one on for a cool light breeze.
There are also some pretty nifty settings, where you can have alternating fan speeds to have to air be high/fast or low/soft. The fan also has the swing/oscillating function.
There are so many variations you can do and even have a timer to have it automatically shut off. This is a great feature for you if you like to fall asleep with the fan on, but necessarily need to have it on all night.
The remote control's functions seem endless. I love that I can control this Ozeri fan from across the room.
This is such an amazing fan that has a lot of power and takes up minimal space. It is sleep looking and the the remote control is such an awesome feature!
