Resistance Loop Bands small space no problem

I have been adding this to my at home fitness workouts.

I am using the red band for leg exercises. They slide on and lay nice on my feet and legs without bunching up. They are great for the additional resistance and targeting other areas of my legs that I never had the ability to work out (most.

Here are a few resistance exercises I have done:

• I place the red band around both calves and do lateral step outs on each leg. 
• step on band and pull the band up in front curls and kick backs
• place band around each foot and while laying on back do bicycles 
• place bands abound ankles and do lay on side and do lateral leg lifts. (Great for the side of the butt and lateral thigh)

I also use the green band to work out my arms. Learning to control the band is another aspect that helps out a lot. Controlling each pull and release. I love that these are easy on the joints, while still giving you a hard workout. It is a great addition to any workout especially if you feel like you need to step it up a bit. For me the red and green are the most used bands.

This has been a great learning curve for me. I don't need to use weights to get a great muscle work out. Resistance bands does the same thing and some exercises are harder due to the control you need to keep each movement smooth. There are so many more moves to do and seems like a limitless amount of moves. No space for equipment or weights?? No problem these take up no space at all. Slide this right into your drawer.

When I got this I was excited. More and more products are coming out with anti-aging ingredients. This is my first moisturizer with Retinol that says it will not cause dryness to the face.

When I initially tried the product I was not able to get any product out. I pumped it forever and nothing was happening. I thought there was a tube suppose to be in there reaching to the bottom of the container. I opened it and didn't note any tube inside. I messaged the company and they notified me that their container is an airless pump which means as you pump it the bottom rises and pushes the product up and out. After opening and re-closing it, I pumped a few more times and it finally worked. 

The company was really helpful, and to me customer service says a lot when you are communicating with a Brand and they can advise you quickly and efficiently. In case this happens to you, just be sure the top is screwed on tightly, I think that was the issue at the time.. 

Moving on to the product!

I think the cream is the perfect consistency and it does not cause any sensitivity or irritation. I am sure to use sunscreen with this as well. It is smooth and quick absorbing. There is no scent either. If you are sensitive to scents this could possibly be something you may want to look in to.

The Best treats for your dog!

I did notice that on the bag it says odor free, but when I opened the bag it was definitely NOT odor free. It may mean odor free while chewing though cause I didn't notice any odor once the bone was given and his chewing area didn't smell like the bag did. 

Excellent! I was more than impressed with how much my dog loved these bully sticks. We give treats to my dog frequently and of course he loves every treat we give him, but he LOVES these bully sticks more than any other treat! 

My dog will prance around when we say treat and be happy and excited. When he smells these Bully Sticks he jumps and runs back and forth like a crazy dog. He begs and wants more than one at a time. Usually my dog can chew up a dog bone in a few minutes, but these bully sticks last a couple hours.

 I was completely surprised how long they lasted. It seems that I can go through a few dog bones a day normally. I think my dog is tired of chewing after chewing one of these Bully sticks for a couple hours.

I would highly recommend trying  them and while they are a bit expensive you can give them as a once in a while special treat. I think giving this to him when I have company over with help him calm down too. I think he will prefer this over jumping all over our guests. I will keep one on hand just for that moment and test that one out.

Skin QR Organics Anti Cellulite cream has a mild scent, but it lasts all day. There was no menthol feel which is what I expected and it dried quickly. I would also recommend placing it somewhere you will remember to use it at least daily. Initially I had it in my bathroom on my vanity, but would forget to apply it. My tip is to place it in the shower so when you are done and dry off you can apply it right in the shower. The label is not paper and will not dissolve or wear off in the shower so that should not be a worry. I think they thought of everything when they made the packaging of this. 

The packaging is great with the negative air pump. you can pump out as much or as little as you want. I normally use 1 full pump for each of my thighs, which is where i needed to focus on.  

I sadly somehow deleted my before picture. You can see I still have cellulite to the back of my legs, but it is definitely much less. I do try to eat healthy all the time, but have to admit those potato chips and soda every so often are so tempting. I also exercise 30 min to 1 hour daily. The cellulite on the back of my legs have been the hardest to get rid of for me. Also remembering to apply is daily was difficult as stated above and again for me placing in the shower was the easiest way for me to remember to apply it daily. If you always apply a cream nightly just place this where you would normally use your routine product.

Do you use Cleansing Facial Oils?

I am a big fan of hair oils and facial oils as well. I have never used a cleansing oil though. 

I wasn't sure what to expect, but thought it might be similar to facial oils. 

I was wrong. This InstaNatural Deep Cleansing Oil is quite thick and is incredibly smoothing and softening to the skin. I used it as directed and added it to a cotton round to remove my makeup. It took off my eye makeup like a dream. It even removed my mascara. I did have to wipe my face and eyes down and come back to them, but when I do, it take everything away. 

 I think using this oils remover is beneficial for aging skin too. It just feels better.

 A little goes a long way and the light calming scent is an added bonus. I do however prefer to rub my face dry after to remove the excess oil after cleansing if I use it in the morning, but at might the additional oils are a great addition to my night skin routine. The oils penetrating my face throughout the night I can tell helps slough off the dead skin on my face by morning.

Lypo-Speric R-ALA Review

I was intrigued by this product. I read the information about it since it says the consistency of the Lypo-Speric R-ALA is better for absorption than any other type of typical way i.e.: capsule, pills or powders. 

I often give-up on taking my other supplements due to me not liking to swallow the large capsule. 

I am currently exercising daily and eating healthy with a lot of veggies and protein. This was a great addition to my daily routine. 

I do have to say the consistency is a bit disturbing, but adding it to juice is the best route to go. It is quite thick and does not necessarily mix in with the liquid. I find that stirring it in a small amount of cold juice and while the juice is still swirling, drink quickly! 

It does have a bit of an after taste to me, but the benefits  def out weigh the after taste. I also take a small snack after to cleanse my palette after. 

Overall it does help me feel better on a daily basis. Drinking it down with the least amount of liquid is best in my opinion and then drinking and eating something small after makes the taste more tolerable. It does have a slight burning after, but goes away. You may also have some yucky burps after as well. With that said, the overall feeling you have of feeling great is kinda worth it. It is worth a try. If you are someone who needs extra antioxidants I think you may want to take this for a spin.

Little Gems by Sunsella

Who wouldn't love these VIBRANT reusable Silicone Little Gems for cupcakes? 

I think the pictures speaks for itself in this post. 

There is no need to explain anything. 

I initially thought they were going to be difficult to extract the cupcake, but I was wrong. You can just pouch the center up and they pop out so simply.

They are easy to wash as well. Just soak for a couple seconds and wipe clean under warm water. If needed you can use soap, but I found that soaking and warm water worked perfectly.

Sunsella Silicone Egg Rings

 I was quite excited to give these silicone egg rings a try. I have always wanted to make the perfect egg in the perfect circle like at the restaurants. 

They are a beautiful vibrant red color which actually is quite appealing to the eye in my opinion.

My 1st attempt I broke my egg :(

It seeped out under the silicone ring. I thought it was a mistake on my part at first. I went ahead and let it cook and you can see when I removed the ring, it ended up leaving a perfect ring. Not exactly what I expected, but I still had my circle egg. No one knew the difference. It is also a great size for sandwich bread. 

My second attempt I looked at the ring and noticed it does not sit flat on my pan. My pan is flat so there is no mistaking that part. The egg seeped out a bit, but much better and again no one will ever know about the leaking under the ring. I do however wish it layer flat better. 

I tried to do an omelet this time and well I had a new technique. I was going to use a spatula to press down the egg ring. That didn't work either and you really need to hold it down for a while to keep the blended egg in place. It works much better without scrambling the egg. In order to be able to flip the egg you have to cook the egg a lot in order to remove the ring to get the circle or somewhat of a circle. 

I had to overcook it in order to get it to set enough to flip it.

My final thoughts, 
It helps make circle shaped eggs to fit your sandwich bread I think it will be a little larger than a muffin. While it doesn't sit perfectly and there is some seepage if you get a technique down it will help with perfecting the shape better. I wish it worked better and the seal was better on the pan, but no one will know that there was any issue with your egg if you are preparing it for them unless you tell them. It still make you look like you know what your doing and it is nice to use. I found that holding or pressing the egg ring down for a few seconds or so help with setting the edges so it won't seep out from underneath.
