New Garlic Press Promotion Review

Extremely impressed, the look is very beautiful and the feel is very comfortable in the hand. Such a nice design.

I used my old garlic press and this one together to compare. The propresser pressed my garlic through so fine and when I opened the Propresser after using it there was only the film from the garlic left. All the garlic was out and there was no backup when the garlic comes out from the way you put it in.. 

My old one with this one and there was a huge difference. It was not difficult to press through. 

The Propresser is very easy to clean for 2 reasons. 
1. the chamber swings out and is very easy to rinse clean. 
2. the chamber seems larger and if you need to, you can fit your finger into the corners of the press.

I even tried it with the skin on and it pressed it right through without any issues. It is a lot more messy and you have to clean it out after each use which is bothersome, but wanted to try it just for the sake of trying it. You can do it if you need to and still get a majority of the garlic out.

This is what is taken out of each garlic press. The one on the left is my old press. you can see still a lot of garlic remains in the skin of the garlic.

On the right is from the propresser. It is literally just the skin of the garlic. There is absolutely no garlic flesh left.

I have recently over the past two months have started with a new exercise regime and changing the way I eat. I have been attacking pinterest like crazy looking for healthier meals. I came across a dish that called for spaghetti squash. This is suppose to be similar to pasta without the carbs!
I found so many recipes  and I found another spaghetti squash one. It required some serious draining of the spaghetti squash. If you love potatoes and specifically hash brown you will love this!

This is a "hash brown" made from spaghetti squash. The kep point here is to dry out or squeeze the majority of the liquid out so you can get a crisp coating on your hash browns. 

After forking out the contents of my spaghetti squash and draining the majority of the liquid out, I made small patties. I made little rounds and added a little seasoning to them in a pan lightly sprays with a cooking spray. 
Here is the RESULT

1st one was not thoroughly drained and was a little soggy inside. 

The rest were yummy, crunchy and savory.
Delish and a perfect alternative to potatoes.

Very soft Angle Kabuki Brush

This angles Kabuki brush has a very sleek design and look to it. I like the wide handle and the bulge in the ferrule and the shiny silver design. The bristle are a nice brown color that won't show how dirty it is when you use it. 

I am loving this angled Kabuki brush. It is extremely soft and goes into every groove and crevice on my face. It spreads my liquid foundation on very evenly. I also used it to blend my liquid/cream concealer under my eyes and used a tapping motion and it blended out perfectly.

When washing, I have not had any bristles fall out. It washes clean easily. Over all the shape of the angle kabuki brush is great to use. My favorite way of using it would be to pat in my foundation around my nose and concealer under my eyes as well. While it would seem too large for under the eyes, the sharp angle make it a perfect fit!

This liquid liner is a lash Growth and Conditioner. Overtime you should be able to notice thicker fuller lashes. While I have been using this daily it is still too soon to notice those effects. 
This liner is in black and is the blackest black. The applicator is a brush and it does take a little practice to get use to, but since the formula is so forgiving you shouldn't have a problem using it. When I say it is forgiving I mean you can take a eel cotton tip applicator and erase any mistakes extremely easily. It applies very wet and take a few seconds to dry, but once it is dry it is there for the day, even rubbing your eyes, you will not take this off. Everyday Kitchen Essentials Review

I have recently over the past two months have started with a new exercise regime and changing the way I eat. I have been attacking pinterest like crazy looking for healthier meals. I came across a dish that called for spaghetti squash. This is suppose to be similar to pasta without the carbs!
My 1st attempt didn't go so well. I did not know that spaghetti squash had so much liquid and while my dish tasted good, it was a little too mushy and wet. (Not too similar to pasta)  

My second attempt I thought using the Everyday Kitchen's Nut Milk bag would work out perfectly. I actually tried to drain it in a strainer and also in the nut milk bag. A dramatically larger amount of liquid was able to be extracted from the spaghetti squash. 

 The second attempt ... PERFECT!

I used
1 large spaghetti squash and baked in the oven at 350 for 1 hour. 
Then scraped out the inside and drained the squash in the nut milk bag. 
Added 1-2 tsp coconut oil to a WOK with fresh chopped garlic and onions. Once it cook a few minutes, I added the squash, a large handful of spinach and 1 small tomato diced.

DIY Body Scrub with Shea Butter

As soon as I found out I was going to be able to do a review Shea Butter I was all over Pinterest! I decided to do my own concoction for my DIY home treatment. I knew I wanted to do something for my skin. 

Besides the typical use that we all think moisturizer there are many uses like :

skin rashes, blemishes and wrinkles, Itchy skin and wounds, Insect bits and muscle aches and pains. Can you believe that?! I had no idea!

So here is what I decided to do with it! 

I love a good sugar scrub so I thought why not make one right?

I used :

• Vanilla extract
• brown sugar
• coconut oil
• olive oil

That's it! I didn't measure anything out, I just mixed to my hearts desire. I applied this all over my elbows, heels, feet, legs and arms right at the end of my shower. A little goes a long way so this is going to last a little while for me. I stored it in an air tight glass container. Making sure not to keep it somewhere the heat will melt the sugar.

This was fun to make and yummy to smell! AND I know all the ingredients and feel good about using it!

I love the bits of shea butter in there cause it is a burst of creaminess. It is great to have all this natural moisturizers that I made :)

I used almost everything in the collection to do this look. Just because the colors are bold doesn't mean you can't have a wearable everyday look. I used "Stand UP" on my upper and lower water line.
