I received The Fast Metabolism Diet from Shespeaks to read and review. I was very excited to read and try out the tips and recommendations from Haylie Pomroy. I would just like to say up front when one is ready to have a change in lifestyle everything is much easier.
I was not able to do the diet. I guess I am just not ready. The information in the book is exceptional. It all makes perfect sense with all the myths we all believe like the "calories in calories out, If I could eat less I'd finally lose weight" or "Desserts make us fat" myth. This is a 28 day regimen that includes diet and exercise. I am definitely going to try it again when I can focus and truly put my heart into this. I appreciate all the critical information on what foods do for you and the right foods at the right time. When I am ready I will try again. I need to put my mind into changing or modifying my diet. Changing food habits is the hardest thing to do. We all have to make that decision. It just so happens it did not work at this time because I was not ready to follow the amazing recommendations, but I will do another update when I start again.

Here is a great Cleaning TIP, just wet the tile and sprinkle it all over and get right in and scrub. Since it is 100% natural and from the earth I was in there with my bare feet and no worries. There is NO SMELL at all either. On top of everything I barely had to scrub. That was so nice! Usually I am in there and worried about the chemicals on my feet while I scrub the shower which is why I avoid it so much, but now I don't think I will have to let it get so bad. When I looked at the nozzle it seemed a little confusing, but it is very easy. just twist on the end of your water hose and go. You know your plants are getting the nutrients since the water that comes out is blue just as it looks in the handle. I had some plants that were there from the previous seasons and I also had new plants: Parsley Cilantro Bell Peppers Green Onions I have been loving the results from my plants. I have been loving the Brazen cosmetics loose eyeshadow. Last month was a darker shade and this very neutral tone is perfect to to all my shadow blending. I have been using both of them since I received this box in the mail. They belnd out so easily and stay on the hole day with my eyeshadow primer. Love love love.

The Brush Hanger from Minxxette. This is a neat little device. If you like to wash your shadow brushes or any smaller brush frequently and need to hang it up to dry this will do the trick for you. stick it right on your mirror and insert your brush from the bottom up and let dry over night. This is good cause I have one particular brush I use more than any other and it is the only fluffy eyebrush I own. I can wash it and it be ready for the next day. I tend to not wash it that often cause I never had anywhere to hang it and had to lay it on a towel. Since I won't have to worry about water getting in it any longer I will wash it more often. Jean Pierre Tanning Towelette - I am a little scared to use these wipes on my legs since my last experience was not too good. It left me all streaky and well it was a bit embarrassing to have beautifully streaked legs to show off. They didn't wear off so easily either. I do not want to have this happen to me before traveling and have the mistake of experimenting with tanning wipes when I know I will be wearing shorts every day. Unlike the other wipes I am going to wait to use these when I return.

First I would like to say these Kandy Bar Kakes are HUGE. I think these are made to have and share with someone. That is a lot of Sweets.
